I’ve spent over 15 years in Customer Success Strategy hiring, building, and leading teams while partnering with major brands, organizations, retailers, and universities. I’ve also worked with 800+ social media influencers and helped launch hundreds of marketing campaigns.

But at my core, I was built for strategy—and I believe small businesses deserve the same level of insight, creativity, and support that big brands get. That’s why I’m here: to help local businesses grow with smart, simple, and effective strategies in a community that I live in and love.
